Seminoe Boat Club is a non-profit organization for mutual benefit and retains a special use permit to act as a private membership club on land zoned as ranch, agriculture, and mining (RAM).
 
Seminoe Boat Club was established with the Wyoming Secretary of State in 1959.

Bylaws provide a legal description outlining how an organization will be governed. 

Bylaws manage the membership requirements, board responsibilities, frequency of meetings, amendment procedures, voting procedures, and more.  
 
The SBC Amended and Restated Bylaws were written in partnership with the Club's legal counsel and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

SBC Community Regulations provide the
rules for the Club, its members, and guests.
 
Non-compliance of the Regulations may lead to member fines, revoking access to Club amenities, and in some cases, termination of membership. 

The SBC Community Regulations provide the standards of conduct and property maintenance.
